Hello, and welcome to KERM Abogados. I’m Katherine E. Rodríguez Miranda, an attorney specializing in immigration and civil law.

Originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, I moved to Spain to pursue my passion for law and human rights, studying at the University of Oviedo in Asturias. Since then, I have made Spain my home, combining both personal and professional experiences to help individuals navigate complex legal systems.

What i have to offer

As both an immigrant and a legal expert, I understand the emotional and practical challenges of the immigration process firsthand. This unique perspective allows me to not only advocate for my clients but also to empathize with their journeys. I am deeply committed to assisting individuals and families in securing their legal rights, whether they are seeking residency, visas, or citizenship.

In addition to immigration law, I also practice civil law, handling cases involving family law, contracts, and personal disputes. My goal is always to provide compassionate and effective legal counsel, ensuring that each client's voice is heard and their rights are protected.

I am fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing me to serve a wide range of clients and ensure clear communication throughout every step of the legal process. Whether you're more comfortable speaking Spanish or English, you can count on me to understand and advocate for your needs.

With a passion for justice and a dedication to personalized service, I work closely with my clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with tailored legal solutions.
